Tom Kivlehan is Head of our VAT Services team. Tom is a senior indirect tax specialist with a wide range of international experience on tax driven and commercial trading structures. He has a strong background in general and financial management. Tom has worked as a partner in the Big 4 accountancy practices, including a period in New York. He has also worked for a large multinational asset management company as European Indirect Tax Manager. In the distant past, Tom worked for HM Customs & Excise.
Tom also has a wide ranging client portfolio with a particular emphasis on the property sector, which includes a significant number of rural / agricultural businesses. Tom is a member of the Landed Estates & Rural Businesses Group.
