Accounting and Advisory Training

Within our Accounting and Advisory teams, Vantis offers the following training routes:

ACA / ACCA training contracts – Vantis is an approved ICAEW training provider and has platinum status for trainee development with the ACCA. We recruit graduates for three year ACA or ACCA training contracts every January and August. Trainees are provided with full study support, including ACA / ACCA training courses at the appropriate training college, and paid study time to attend these courses. The entry requirements for ACA / ACCA training contract applications are 300 UCAS points and a 2:2 degree (any discipline).

Additionally, we recruit high achieving A’ Level school leavers onto four year ACA training contracts. Trainees are provided with full study support, including ACA training courses at the appropriate training college, and paid study time to attend these courses. The entry requirements for this route are a minimum of five GCSEs (grade A-C) including Maths and English and 300 UCAS points.

AAT Training – We recruit AAT trainees into our St John Street office in the City of London every January and August. Trainees are provided with full study support, including AAT training courses at the appropriate training college and paid study time to attend these courses. The entry requirements for AAT training applications are a minimum of five GCSEs (grade A-C) including Maths and English and 220 UCAS points. On completion of the AAT training, we encourage trainees to progress onto the ACA training, via the top-up route.

Our recruitment process

Following an application made via PASS Training, successful candidates will be invited to an initial interview at the relevant Vantis office. If successful at this initial interview, the candidate will be invited to attend an assessment day.
