Assistant National Technical Manager
Vantis Business Recovery Services' national technical function includes establishing and maintaining technical, best practice and risk management standards within the Business Recovery Group, working with all Business Recovery Services departments across Vantis.
Duties include:
- Co-ordinating and updating all Business Recovery Services manuals, checklists and Insolvency Practitioner System diaries
- Assisting in the Business Recovery Services training programme, organising and managing training days, assisting in the preparation of training presentations
- Assisting with Business Recovery Services internal reviews to comply with the requirements of the Insolvency Practitioner Association and ICAEW, travelling to and working in other Business Recovery Services offices as necessary
- Supporting the continuing implementation and development of Insolvency Practitioner System SQL
- Dealing promptly and fully with technical queries as requested
- Assimilating technical knowledge, drafting regular technical updates to be circulated to Business Recovery Services, referring new and important issues to Business Recovery Services
- Working with any employee or partner of Vantis to achieve the above
- Other projects as agreed to support the above
Experience / Qualifications
THE PERSON:
Minimum 7 years’ insolvency experience within a professional practice, strong practical technical knowledge with good people and communication skills to be used at all levels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should be either planning to take the final Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams in the next 12/24 months or have recently passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams.
