This page is aimed specifically at people who may be having difficulties making the required payments to their creditors (people you owe money to). We are happy to offer an assessment of your financial position, free of charge. In many cases we may be able to assist in freezing interest due to your creditors and getting your creditors to accept a reduced payment in full and final settlement of your total debts.

In order that we can review your financial position, please complete this personal debt form and submit it to us. Please ensure you include full details of every person and company that you owe money to.

Once we have reviewed the information you have provided, we will contact you by email or post (whichever is your preferred method) and advise you of the options that are available to you. We will also provide details on the option which we think best suits your particular circumstances. This information will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving the completed form from you.
